Its best to drink at least 8 oz. of water, before your Sauna session. We recommend starting slow if you're new to doing Sauna. Start at a lower temperature and less time, 10-15 minutes for the first few times.
After your Sauna session you need to rehydrate with at least 24 oz of water or electrolyte beverage. Cool down naturally or take a refreshing shower.
If a person is pregnant, has anhidrosis, unstable angina, has had a recent heart attack or has severe arterial disease they would not be able to use a Sauna at our location.
